Introduction:

HSY Journal is committed to promoting and disseminating high-quality research in various fields. To ensure the smooth management of articles, this essay explores the submission process, formatting requirements, and responsibilities of authors. By adhering to these guidelines, authors can streamline their manuscript submissions and enhance the likelihood of acceptance.

Submission Process:

To submit an article, authors are required to utilize the online submission system available on the HSY Journal website (www.hsyjournal.com). The first author will serve as the primary point of contact for all communication purposes, unless specified otherwise. Submissions should include a letter accepting the transfer of copyright and an electronic article file prepared in Microsoft Word 2003 or above. It is mandatory for all authors to sign the Copyright Transfer Form.

Formatting Requirements:

Articles should be concise, with a suggested word limit of 8000 words, and should conform to the scope defined by the subject and research method. The usage of headings is crucial, including the introduction, sections within the main text, and conclusion (excluding references). Headings should be numbered and displayed in bold. First-level headings should be written in all capital letters, while subsequent ones should capitalize only the first letter.

The sections of the paper should be organized in the following order:

Cover page, Abstract, Keywords,  Main text, References, and Appendices. Additionally, the article should adhere to the following formatting specifications: A4 size, 2.5 cm margins, 11-point Times New Roman font, and single-line spacing.

Author Information:

Beneath the article title, authors' names and surnames should be centered. A footnote should contain the author’s title, institutional affiliation, Orcid ID, and email address.

Language Requirements:

The article should include the title, abstract, and keywords in the original language, followed by their English translations. Similarly, the extended abstract, main text sections, endnotes, and references should be in English, to facilitate wider accessibility and comprehension.

Abstract and Keywords:

Prior to the introduction section, a 150-200 word abstract and abstract in English should be provided. Additionally, authors must include at least three keywords that accurately describe the content of the article, utilizing the JEL Classification system.

Responsibility and Revisions:

The sole responsibility for the content published in HSY Journal lies with the authors; the journal assumes no liability. Authors should be open to incorporating feedback from the editorial board and reviewers, allowing for revisions that improve the clarity and quality of their work.

Non-return Policy:

Regardless of whether an article is accepted for publication or not, submissions will not be returned. Therefore, it is advisable for authors to retain copies of their work before submission.

References:

Citations and references within the article should follow the guidelines of APA 7 Style. Authors unfamiliar with APA 7 Style can refer to available online resources for guidance. https://apastyle.apa.org/blog/basics-7e-tutorial

Adhering to the submission guidelines outlined above will enable authors to present their research effectively and increase the chance of acceptance in HSY Journal.
